ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Business: 

1.      Reports of Executive Members

2.      Election of 2009 Executive

3.      Club members to decide whether or not to increase a couple of the current executive positions to distribute workload more effectively

4.      Need to update the club constitution to include contact of club members via e-mail. 

Note: All executive positions are open to election. 

      REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED 

Weather permitting there will be a Round Robin after the meeting! 

This is your club, run by volunteers, so please come and let your views be known.  Every effort is made to ensure that this is a quality club that considers the needs of all the members.  Without your voice this goal cannot be achieved.
